Happy Spring! If you’re in the Bend area, be sure to join us for the new round of Chakana classes, beginning on April 5th. We had such a great time with our January and February series. I can’t wait for our next gatherings!
Chakana, also known as the Andean Cross, is a potent Incan symbol from South America which contains the whole of Andean cosmology. These classes will cover ancient traditions of healing, ceremony, and prayer from the high Andes mountains of Peru. Many of these practices have been passed down from shaman to shaman for thousands of years, since before the time of the Inca. Now they are being offered in Central Oregon, many of them for the first time. What an excellent way to start the Spring!
Like the bloom emerges from the bud, so too will the beauty of our hearts emerge from the shell of winter…
